Project Manager at DreamTeam Mobile

This is a form to apply for a Project Manager for Apps Dev Team role at DreamTeam Mobile. There are no right or wrong answers. Responsibilities: Manage the entire workflow of a mobile application end-to-end: from idea to release and support. Create a project roadmap, prioritize features, and manage dependencies. Control deadlines and provide status updates. Plan, coordinate, and control tasks for the team (development, design, QA, marketing, product). Organize the full cycle of Agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban): sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives. Create and manage tasks using a task tracker such as Asana. Monitor deadlines, budget (if necessary), and quality of completed tasks. Work closely with the product owner, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain documentation and prepare reports on project progress and key metrics (KPI, CR, retention). Identify risks and resolve issues that may arise during the development process. Participate in the release and support of the mobile application, and manage bug fixes. Understand the operation of Google Play and App Store, as well as the processes of publishing applications for iOS and Android. Requirements: Have experience in managing projects and development teams for iOS and Android. Understand the full cycle of mobile app development. Knowledge of Agile (Scrum and Kanban), experience in organizing sprints and managing tasks in a task tracker (Asana). Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze product metrics and make decisions based on data. Proficiency with project management tools: Asana, Firebase, Slack, Figma. Be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
